Sarah Moss

My role as a counsellor is to create a safe space where you feel genuinely heard, deeply understood and accepted without judgement. You may be feeling stuck in life and unable to move forward, being prone to self-criticism. You may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed. You may have relationship or family difficulties. You may be struggling with addiction and the impact it is having on your mental health. Whatever you bring to our sessions together, I will welcome you as you are. I will actively listen, empathise and support you to explore what you are experiencing, to help you understand who you really are.
I appreciate it is daunting trying to find the right therapist to suit your individual needs and it is important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. I offer a free 15-minute video call to give you the opportunity to meet me, to explain how I work and for you to ask any questions. This allows us to decide if we wish to work together. If we are both happy to proceed with the therapy, I will book you in for your first appointment, at a time that is suitable for you.
Clients I work with include adults, older adults and trainees.
I work both face to face and online and my fee is £50 per hour.
My availability: Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 6pm, in person and online.
