Louise Hall MBACP

I’m a person-centred psychotherapist with a deep interest in the neuroscience of emotion, behaviour and trauma. My approach is grounded in empathy and respect, I believe that lasting change comes not from being told what to do, but from being truly heard and understood, and having the opportunity to take a step back and see a different perspective.

I have experience supporting adults who are dealing with:

  • People-pleasing, lack of boundaries and difficult relationships
  • Anxiety, grief, low self-esteem or low mood
  • The impact of emotional, physical or sexual abuse
  • Self-harm and emotional overwhelm

Counselling can help you reconnect with your own needs, build healthier boundaries, and create a life that feels more balanced, authentic and self-compassionate.

My passion is in supporting women in understanding their boundaries and expressing their needs and desires, finding their power in relationships, overcoming learned patterns of guilt and shame responses, and unlocking their confidence. My fee is £60 per 50 minute session.
