Jayne Cecchini MNCPS

Hello, I’m Jayne, a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist.
Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step. Whatever brings you here, I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood.
My approach is person-centred, which means I work alongside you at a pace that feels right for you. I also draw on integrative, CBT-informed, psychodynamic and trauma-informed approaches where helpful.
I can also offer hypnotherapy, either as part of our work together or as a standalone therapy option. Hypnotherapy can be helpful to support relaxation, confidence and create positive change.
I work with adults, children and young people, supporting a range of difficulties. Young people often come to therapy feeling the pressure of school, friendships, emotions or identity, while adults may be navigating relationships, family difficulties, work pressures, loss or the many demands of everyday life. Sometimes people arrive with a clear understanding of what they would like support with, while others simply know that something doesn’t feel quite right.
Through my experience supporting children, young people and families within schools, as well as volunteering with suicide prevention and school-based charities, I have come to appreciate how important it is to have a space where you can talk openly, feel heard and not have to face things alone.
