Cal McHale MNCPS

A bit about me, I’m a Pluralistic Psychotherapist and my journey into therapy has been shaped by my own lived experiences, they’ve played a meaningful role in the therapist I’ve become. I didn’t arrive in this profession by accident — it grew out of a deep curiosity about people, resilience, and the ways we make sense of our lives.
Over the years, I’ve navigated challenges that taught me the value of being truly heard and understood. Those moments helped me appreciate how transformative a safe, supportive space can be. They also sparked my commitment to offering that same space to others.
How do I work?
First and foremost, I meet you where you are in your current life journey and create a safe and supportive space for you. Together, we can work towards helping you feel more empowered, confident, and revitalized. My approach to therapy is designed to help you gain clarity about your feelings and toward building the life you truly deserve.
I also use Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and trauma-informed therapy to help you heal, let go of anything holding you back, and start living the life you’ve been dreaming of.
I can help you out with…
– Healing from trauma
– Dealing with anxiety
– Handling workplace stress and finding a good work-life balance
– Managing your neurodiverse symptoms
– Boosting emotional wellbeing and practicing self-care
How I work..
I work with clients on a 1-1 basis who are ready for change and my fee is £60 per 50 min session or £300 for 6 50 min sessions.
